Purchased items will be shipped within 2 business day of the order. Please allow up to 1 week from ship date for your delivery to arrive. If you still have not received your purchase after 1 week, please notify info@durothreads.com and provide us with your order number. Free shipping is available for orders over $49.
All domestic orders that are less than 15oz are shipped via USPS First Class Mail. The standard shipping cost is $6.95. Orders over 15oz will ship via USPS Priority Mail for the standard shipping cost of $8.95 - $12.95.
International orders are shipped via USPS First Class mail for a standard cost of $20. Standard delivery time can vary from 7-30 business days from date shipped. As of now, USPS does not offer delivery confirmation or tracking for international shipments, however a customs number is available through the customs form. Custom law differs in each country so in some cases orders may get caught and inspected by customs which delays delivery.
